Why do concrete floors require sealing and coating?

Immediately after a concrete floor is constructed, water begins to leave and evaporate from the floor in a process referred to as curing. During this curing stage, small air spaces develop. Elements such as salts and chemicals attack the concrete's alkalinity via these small air spaces. This decreased alkalinity leads to cracks and uneven wear. Additionally, normal foot or vehicle traffic usually causes the infamous dusting problem which is the first sign of surface wear.

A proper concrete coating will protect a concrete floor and provide a more appealing surface. One of the most enticing characteristics of concrete coatings is the way in which the available lighting is enhanced to the point where the facility is operated more efficiently. Do you have a broken machine that needs to be repaired? We have a mobile service department that can repair almost any janitorial machine. We can repair most national brand name machines. Your machine will be repaired on site or in Jacksonville, FL at our repair center, but don't worry if your business isn't located near Jacksonville. For a nominal fee, we can come to you and pick up your machine. Also, don't worry if the machine wasn't purchased from us, you'll still be treated to our great prices.
